About Jenny

“I have grown and evolved so much from working with Jenny. I’ve never met a better listener – and she has a way of getting to the heart of the matter in ways that resonate. I am a more balanced, joyful, peaceful, loving person because of Jenny, and for that I am beyond grateful.”

My background and specialties

I began my professional Enneagram training in 2008, and received my Riso-Hudson Certification in 2012. I am an accredited professional with the International Enneagram Association (IEA), and a founding Board member of Enneagram Northeast USA.

In addition to facilitating Enneagram Institute Authorized Workshops, I have always loved creating my own workshops, courses, and retreats, experimenting with different ways of presenting the material in order to encourage healing and integration into daily life.

After 15+ years of seeking, exploring and experimenting, the Enneagram is still my go-to resource for spiritual wisdom. It is both guide and catalyst, inspiring me, encouraging me, and awakening me to whatever parts of me are still asleep, which eventually ends up being all nine personality types and their infinite manifestations.

I love working with beginners just discovering the power and potential of the Enneagram AND with advanced students who are asking the deeper questions. I believe that everyone has an Inner Healer who is always trying to get our attention, usually with some kind of persistent symptom or issue. Our Enneagram type tries to help with a defensive coping strategy that tries to make the issue go away, instead of welcoming it as a message from soul. I help people recognize what the soul is trying to say and support them to develop the courage to listen-- and agency to act in accordance with the deeper Self.

Honoring my teachers

I am devoted to the teachings of Don Riso and Russ Hudson because they speak directly to my soul in her native language: love and truth. Whether in person, on a recording, or in their books, the teachings are infused with compassion for the human predicament, meet me where I am, and inspire me to expand my sense of self. They help me clarify whatever is clouding my consciousness so I can land in the present moment and access deeper resources within myself to meet that moment.

To the best of my ability, with all the love in my heart, that is what I wish to offer you.

Don Richard Riso

Russ Hudson

“When we fully see, understand, and experience all the self-defeating blockages that have covered our Essential qualities, they fall away like dead leaves from a growing plant, and the fullness of our soul emerges naturally.

Our soul, with all of [its] magnificent gifts… is already here.

Only our deeply ingrained belief in and attachment to the defenses of our personality—the resistance, self-image, and fear-based strategies of our type—prevent us from showing up and claiming our birthright.”
